1. User Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or behalf of an entity (“you"), and rtti.dev (“we", “us", or “our"), concerning your access to and use of the rtti.dev website as well as any other website, application, or other form of media related, linked, or otherwise connected to rtti.dev, henceforth collectively referred to as the Services.

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by and comply with all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than its intended use, that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us with prior written consent.

You may not slander, besmirch, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us (rtti.dev), our employees, and/or the Services.

You may not improperly use our support services or other forms of contact.

You may not use the Services in a manner not compliant with any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Contribution License

You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices therein.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback without any acknowledgement or compensation to you. You expressly agree to refrain from any legal action against us and to exonerate us from any and all responsibility regarding your contributions.

If you decide to leave the Services and access third-party websites or content, you do so at your own risk and should be aware these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy do not govern the use of any third-party website or third-party content.

You agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse and make no warranties or representations about the products or services offered by any third-party websites and you shall exonerate us from any liability from any harm caused by your use or purchase of such products or services.

9. Advertisements

We allow third-party advertisers to display their advertisements, promotional material, and other content and information in certain areas of the Services. You acknowledge that Advertisers are responsible for all content on these advertising spaces and that we are not responsible for goods or services sold by other parties.

Views expressed in the advertising space(s) content belong to the content creator and do not represent our own.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third-party and will not be a party to or in any way responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and any third-party providers of products or service.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right, without notice or liability, to deny access to this site, including blocking IP addresses, at our discretion to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or term contained in these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.

In addition to terminating or suspending your service, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

The Services are provided as-is and as-available. You agree that your use of the Services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof.
